About

LIFE:

Lafayette, LA, Baton Rouge’s sweet but let less exciting neighbor, is where I have spent the past 18 years of my life. In August, I moved to Baton Rouge to come to LSU, where I’m currently studying to be a Graphic Designer. Every since I was really little I have been pretty artsy and imaginative. My dad is a big inspiration to me and my artwork. He is the one who is always encouraging me and wanting to do fun creative projects together. He built a manufacturing business from nothing and he’s determined to keep going. I hope that one day I’ll make him even more proud than he is now.

Other than that there’s not much about me that is very interesting. I spend the majority of my time doing homework or planning out my life, it can be very exhausting. However, I do like to relax and have fun when I can. If I’m alone, I’m usually watching movies, drawing, listening to music, or moving around the furniture in my apartment. If I’m with my friends there’s no telling what’s going on.

LOVE:

hich brings me to this topic about myself. I’m currently in a relationship with my best friend; his name is Adam, and I don’t know what I would do without him. Back home there is my other best friend MiMi. Considering I’m here and she’s there, we’re constantly riding phones lines or making the hour drive to hangout (which happens pretty much every single weekend). I have a bunch of friends from back home who are here at LSU so I’m not completely lost without MiMi. I have Hayley and Caroline and few others :)

And I can’t forget about my family. I have two amazing parents, Don and Andy. They’ve given me everything I’ve even needed and I love them so much. I also have a sister named Celeste. She’s quite hilarious and a pretty amazing big sister. We look absolutely nothing alike but we are very similar in personality.

LAST MEMORIES:

Before coming to LSU, I spent 6 years at an all girls school called Sacred Heart in the small town of Grand Coteau. The place was practically my home, considering I spent more time there than at my actual house, but also because it was the most comfortable place to be. My graduating class only had 30 girls, so I guess we all sort of became sisters. Because it was so small we made friends with the teachers and staff making everything really comfortable. We never had to pretend to be “good” students, it was fun all the time. Or maybe that’s not true, we surely had A LOT of work, considering the focus of the school was academics, but we always had fun with it. I could honestly go on forever talking about that place because it was and still is such a big part of me. I have so many amazing memories from my time there and I like to think that those memories define me to who I am today.
